I’m going to present you a popular cake, although there are many variations of this recipe. I love my own version of easy carrot cake recipe because it is made only with genuine ingredients and the resulting healthy cake is moist and flavorful. I added to the recipe the elegant and fine “ Moscatello of Castiglione” wine. It is a dessert wine produced in Abruzzo from muscat grapes dried in the vineyard. Moscatello di Castiglione has a bright and intense straw-yellow color with a floral scents of mulberry and acacia. To the taste it has soft sensations of citrus fruits and ripe pineapple, passion fruit and ginger, with a keen final memories of mint and liquorice root. 40 g of extra virgin olive oil

40 g of Potato starch
40 g of flour
10 g of yeast
250 g of peeled carrots
250 g of peeled almonds
50 g of Moscatello di Castiglione wine

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease and flour a baking dish about 24 cm (about 9.5 inches) in diameter.
